The book is about to close for Once Upon a Time.
As previously reported, the fairy tale drama will end with its current seventh season.
Co-creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis said in a statement, “Seven years after we set off on this magical journey, we prepare to say goodbye to the cast, crew and writers that made the ‘happily ever after’ that is Once Upon a Time possible. We couldn’t think of a more fitting way to say farewell than by reuniting so many of the characters that our fiercely loyal fans spent years with on their adventures. We hope everyone joins our Once family, old and new, for what we hope will be the sendoff of a lifetime befitting this stellar cast and its incomparable fans.”

Ginnifer Goodwin will reprise her role as Snow White in the series finale and Josh Dallas is coming back one final time as Prince Charming.
Jennifer Morrison will be back for the show’s final story after exiting last season, Emilie de Ravin is returning as Belle and Jared Gilmore will reprise his role as Henry. “He’s in a lot of ways the heart and soul of the show,” co-creator Horowitz said. “He grew up literally on the show and it’s really wonderful to see him back. I hope the audience enjoys. We feel like we have a fun adventure.”
Also joining will be Rebecca Mader as the Wicked Witch of the West/Zelena, Bev Elliott as Granny, Tony Amendola as Geppetto/Marco, Lee Arenberg as Leroy/Grumpy/Dreamy, JoAnna Garcia as Ariel, Robbie Kay as Peter Pan, Sean Maguire as Robin Hood, Victoria Smurfit as Cruella De Vil and Keegan Tracy as Blue Fairy/Mother Superior.
